Fidar Coffee Table

The Fidar Coffee Table is more than a surface for entertaining; it is an architectural sculpture at the heart of the home. The intelligent contrast in Fidar lies in the interplay between its base and tabletop. The substantial base, finished in a light tone with an aged texture, evokes the character of ancient stonework, while the warm wooden tabletop, with its raised tray-like edges, brings the softness and natural beauty of wood into the design. The raised botanical motifs on the front of the table serve as a visual bridge between the two scroll-shaped elements on either side, creating exceptional balance and symmetry from the front.

Handcrafted Construction & Authentic Craftsmanship

The authenticity of the Fidar table lies in its distinctive finishing techniques and detailed carving:

• Professional Antiquing & Patina Technique: One of the most prominent features of this table is the sophisticated patina and antiquing treatment applied to its body. Skilled artisans create controlled white and gray shading along with carefully applied distressed marks, giving the wood an antique, stone-like appearance. This visual texture further emphasizes the depth of the carvings and conveys a sense of history, age, and enduring value.
• Deep & Sculptural Carving: Unlike many tables with delicate bases, Fidar features a solid and substantial structure. Carving the wood into flawless scroll-shaped forms on both sides and raised floral motifs in the center requires exceptional wood-sculpting expertise to achieve precise symmetry and perfectly balanced curved details.

Premium Materials & Quality Standards

For the execution of such a substantial and structurally stable design, the choice of wood is essential:

• Crafted Entirely from Grade AB Beech Wood: Every component of the table, from its substantial base to its refined tabletop, is crafted from Grade AB Turkish Beech wood.
• Structural Stability: The use of premium-grade Beech wood that has undergone a thorough drying process ensures that the thick base remains resistant to deep structural cracking, deformation, and warping.
• Flawless Tabletop Surface: The dense grain of Beech wood creates a smooth and durable tabletop that is resistant to everyday impact and scratches, while allowing the natural grain of the wood to subtly show through beneath the warm walnut finish.

Application in Interior Design

Fidar is designed for interiors that embrace bold and distinctive design:

• A Focal Point in Neoclassical & Eclectic Interiors: Due to its distinctive form, this table is best positioned at the center of the arrangement. Surrounded by simple velvet furniture or light-colored linen upholstery, Fidar stands out like an antique jewel.
• Complement to Rustic & Bohemian Spaces: Its aged finish and natural wooden tabletop create an unexpected harmony with warm interiors, vintage handwoven rugs, and bronze decorative accessories.
